These are the three projects I’m currently working on….

The top is a heather grey cable knit sweater I am making for ME! Once in a blue moon I take the time to make myself a fun project and this is one of them!! This is the back that I’m working on. It will end up being a cable knit hoodie sweater. Hopefully it turns out! So far it is working up easily and I love the soft lion’s brand yarn I’m working with!

The bottom left is a baby blanket I’ve been working on for my friend’s son she and her husband adopted in the Spring. Yes, SPRING! I’m hoping I finish before he is a teenager!

The bottom right is a baptismal blanket I am working on for church.  It works up by adding stitches (thus the triangle shape) and when I get enough on I begin to decrease so it will be a square when I finish!

This photo is of the new yarn I bought this weekend. Paul was oh-so-excited that I brought more yarn into our home (note sarcasm) but they have purposes!! Two new projects I want to begin!!! The left side is for a Christmas gift…a lap blanket, and the right is for striped baby leg warmers for a baby gift :) 

Now, I just need to grade a million papers, lesson plan for the week and get back to knitting!!!
